Return and Cancellation Policy

Zeonika does not sell physical products. It offers website design, domain, Germany-based hosting (Hetzner), maintenance, and 24/7 technical support with a monthly or annual subscription.

2. Subscription model

  • Digital Showcase, E-Commerce, and Global packages — no commitment.
  • Payments in Turkey via PayTR; international payments via Paddle.
  • Domain, hosting, SSL, and theme setup are included in the subscription.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time (similar to Netflix): My Account → My Subscriptions or info@zeonika.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no charges for subsequent periods.

4. Refund

No partial refunds for the started billing period. Considered if there is an incorrect/duplicate charge or if the service was never initiated (application within 14 days). Approved refunds are made within 14 business days.

5. Preview

You can get a free preview before payment with “Start Design”.
