Is setup really completed within 24 hours?
Yes. Within 24 hours after purchase we prepare your site and hand it over. Revisions and integrations based on your requests are completed within a few days.
Is there a commitment, and how does cancellation work?
No, there is no minimum commitment. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. With annual billing you get 2 months free.
Who owns the domain and hosting?
Domain and hosting are registered and managed under Zeonika for the service period. If you end the service and want to transfer your domain, we handle transfer for the equivalent of one monthly package fee.
Which payment systems does the e-commerce package support?
E-Commerce and Global packages include PayTR or iyzico integration with online payments, cart, and order management.
Is SEO optimization included in the package?
Yes. All packages include basic SEO, Google Search Console and Analytics setup, and mobile-friendly structure. The Global package also includes international SEO and hreflang settings.
How are content updates handled?
We prepare all content during setup. Then we train you live on how to update your site — images, products, and more. We offer 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp.
